Enjoy a modern one bedroom. Brand new king Nectar mattress & pillows. 4 minutes from snowshed lift (behind Wobbly Barn off access road). Hot tub & grill in upstairs common area, shared with upstairs rental apt. Quite hours from 10pm-7am. Additional self inflatable full size air mattress also available, there’s plenty of space to blow it up. Up to four people can stay, requires prior approval and an additional guest fee of $100 per person per night. Please reach out prior to booking. The space One bedroom, king bed, modern and cozy apt. Featuring a dining area, living room with smart tv, bluetooth speakers and newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas stove. Bathroom and full sized laundry area through master bedroom. Privacy and natural lights make this home inviting for extended stays. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 1BR apt. (private entry door located in the rear of the house). Shared common spaces include the hot tub & grill located on the upper balcony in front of 2BR apt. entrance. Other things to note Hot Tub rules will be strictly enforced, should guests not maintain hot tub as instructed, or damage the hot tub in any way, repair and/or cleaning fees will be charged. Hot tub area is under camera surveillance. Absolutely NO smoking of tobaccos, cannabis, e-cigarettes or vaping inside. No parties. Should a guest bring an unapproved pet (non-certified service animals) the Host is permitted to cancel without refund and may result in a request for guests to vacate immediately.
