The space The Space: Three spacious bedrooms, each with a plush Nectar king bed and 43" HD TV for ultimate post-adventure relaxation. Two upstairs bedrooms feature dedicated workspaces, plus a climate-controlled private backyard studio offers the perfect detached focus zone. The open-concept main floor flows seamlessly from a stylish living room to a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area for six—ideal for sharing meals and stories with loved ones. High-speed Wi-Fi and board games keep everyone entertained during downtime. Outdoor Oasis: Soak tired muscles in your private 6-person hot tub, meticulously maintained for comfort and hygiene. Other things to note Neighboring construction note: The wonderful neighbors two houses down from Lumberyard Oasis purchased the older home next door, had it removed, cleared the lot, and are now planning to build their forever home there. Construction is expected to begin around mid-July 2026 and continue in phases through Winter 2027. The builder is Wheelhouse Builders, one of Brevard's top builders, known locally for Pisgah Bakehouse and the Davidson River Campground renovations. Wheelhouse has shared that the greatest potential window of disruption is expected to be weekdays from about 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and that they will be mindful and respectful while discouraging evening and weekend work.
