Just 2 hours from Paris and 10 minutes from Blois train station, it’s the perfect base to explore the Loire Valley castles such as Château de Chambord and Château de Cheverny, or visit ZooParc de Beauval (45 min). The historic bells ring daily from 9 am to 8 pm, adding a charming and authentic atmosphere. Other things to note Other Things to Note • Bed linen included, beds made upon arrival. • Towels and pool access available as an option: €5 per towel, payable on site. • A firewood basket for the fireplace or brazier is provided upon arrival (additional baskets €10 each). • For groups of more than 16 adults, extra tourist tax applies: €2.50 per person per night, collected on arrival. • Check-out: 10:00 am. • Late check-out option until 5:00 pm: €300 flat fee, subject to availability. This requires the property to remain closed the following night for full cleaning and preparation. • The property is a former monastery. The historic bells still ring daily from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, on the hour and half-hour. The angels’ bells at 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm are also preserved, adding authentic charm. • Swimming pool is open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, mid-May to mid-September. • We live on the same property, but a courtyard separates our homes and both gardens are private and without overlooking. • Access to the Blois state forest is just 100 m away, perfect for walking or cycling.
