Small cozy chalet close to Lake Vouglans within walking distance. Located in the quiet area of Mont du Cerf in Maisod, this chalet can accommodate 2 to 3 people. Ideal for 1 couple or 1 couple with children. From its wooded garden you have access in a few steps to a preserved area overlooking the lake. The space * a living room/kitchen with - a fully equipped kitchen area with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, classic coffee maker and Senseo, fridge. - a living room area with sofa, TV. - a small bedroom equipped with a 140 cm double bed. - a fully renovated bathroom with shower, toilet and towel dryer. - an attic mezzanine with 2 single beds of 90 cm. (for children and teens) * A shaded covered terrace with dining area. * Wooded, shaded and quiet garden with a 2nd dining area, barbecue and sun loungers. From the garden you have access in a few steps to a preserved area overlooking the lake. This space has a pétanque court. * Accommodation NOT SUITABLE for charging ELECTRIC VEHICLES. * Parking spaces in the cottage yard, with possibility to park boat. * Linen package, bed linen €10/bed and bath linen €5/pers to be paid on site. * Pets welcome (€15 fee/stay). Guest access The entire chalet and its exteriors are at your disposal.
