A Walk Through Your Stay: Top Three Floors: Unit A Entering through the main door, you’ll be greeted by the expansive living and dining area with vaulted ceilings, a large flat-screen TV, and plush seating. Adjacent is a high-end, fully equipped kitchen with a large island, perfect for preparing meals for your group. The upper level features a loft-style bonus area with its own bed and bathroom, offering a cozy yet private space. Step out onto one of the two private roof decks—one designed for lounging under the stars with a fire pit, and the other outfitted with a dining table and BBQ grill. The middle level houses three spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy and comfort. The master suite includes a king bed, seating area, and direct access to a private balcony. Bottom Two Floors: Unit B Accessible through the garage or side entrance, the lower two levels offer an additional self-contained living space. On the first level, you’ll find an open-concept living room, chef’s kitchen, sunken wet bar, and an extra cozy den known as the "Osider Den" with oversized seating, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The beach level features three bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with a king bed and twin daybed. Two additional ocean-facing bedrooms with queen beds share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. All bedrooms have direct access to the private beach-level patio, designed for entertaining with shaded seating, a BBQ grill, and a long dining table. Outdoor Spaces: This villa is a paradise for outdoor living: Two Roof Decks: One with a fire pit and the other with outdoor dining and a BBQ grill. ACCESS You can access the unit through the garage or use the entrance behind white gate on North side of the building. PARKING You can park 3 vehicles in the garages (most SUVs will fit, however larger vehicles may not fit). There is also plenty of free street parking. *Please beware of street sweeping times (refer to street signs and details in the welcome binder).
