The accommodation offered to our guests is the attic of our villa, with independent access and a magnificent view of the entire lake and the Castle. The building is immersed in the greenery of Mount Perpignan. A splendid garden for exclusive use with dining table, umbrella and barbecue is available to guests. It is 1.5 km from the center of Bracciano and about 800/1000 m from one of the most beautiful beaches on the lake. The house has the A3 Energy Classification with related systems. The space The newly built house is very comfortable, you will have a large Open Space at your disposal with a magnificent view of Lake Bracciano, where the following are positioned: - the sitting area with a double sofa bed (which can be used as additional beds but only by specific request and agreements with the Host), - the dining area, - the kitchen area. The house is also equipped with a pantry - laundry room - luggage storage adjacent to the kitchen area. In the initial part of the Open Space in the entrance area, near the bathroom and the double bedroom, there is a sofa with two comfortable beds (one extractable). The double bedroom is large and welcoming with a dormer window overlooking the sky. The very spacious bathroom with window has a large and comfortable shower available. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the garden in front of the attic. They can also use and walk in the garden above their accommodation and stop at the various panoramic points and use the table with the wisteria pergola on the last terrace. Various aromatic herbs are planted in the garden that depending on the season can be collected and used by guests such as: rosemary, mint, parsley, celery, basil and more. The garden in front of the Villa with parking, patio and covered barbecue where the normal reception of guests takes place is for the exclusive use of the Host and his family, guests only have transit along the external part of the garden on the lake side to access their home on the second floor. Other things to note In the part of the garden in front of the attic during the summer there is an iron table with four comfortable iron armchairs for eating meals outdoors and a large shading umbrella, two sun loungers and two armchairs with a small resin table to enjoy the outdoor space. A small stone barbecue has also been created in this space for guests' use. At the request of guests, two more sun loungers and two more armchairs can be requested. At guests' disposal, on the last terrace of the park, there is a wrought iron and ceramic table with four iron armchairs placed under a wisteria pergola with a magnificent lake view. The house is equipped with four beds (two in the double bedroom and two in the entrance area + another two double beds in the lounge area (these places are activated only upon specific request of the guests and agreements with the Host).
