The house - on a quiet footpath on the edge of the pedestrian zone - cannot be reached directly by car. However, unloading luggage nearby (50 m) is possible. An overgrown bridge leads you step-free into the floor-heated apartment. All rooms have natural light, are tiled or have laminate flooring. The terrace/south-facing orientation allows, for example, an open-air breakfast. For children there is a nice playground about 80 m away (Paulinerstraße) Walking distance: Center: about 3 min. Train station: approx. 10 min. The space Each bedroom has single beds with adjustable headboard and TV. In addition to the changing table (see below), a complete crib and high chair are available free of charge on request. The bedroom upstairs has sloping ceilings and is very popular with children. It is often jokingly referred to as a "cave." Guest access You will stay in a side wing of my house with your own bell and separate entrance. I live in the larger part of the house right next to you. So I am (almost) always available in case of problems. Other things to note The way to the center (Gänseliesel) takes 5 minutes; to the university, theater, town hall it is about 15 minutes. For planned trips to the nearby and further surroundings by public transport, it is only a few minutes to the corresponding departure points (train station about 10, market about 3 minutes).
