An elegant self contained 1 bedroom dwelling sitting on 20 acres of farm fields with a private lake, surrounded with nature and wildlife. Beautiful décor, exemplary hospitality and with scenic views. The Annex is a great getaway from the busy hustle and bustle of a hectic lifestyle. Located near the major market towns of Sandbach, Alderley Edge, Middlewich Knutsford, Nantwich, and Crewe in Cheshire, and easily accessible from the M6 motorway. The space The annex is a studio type loft conversion with an open plan kitchen, dining, and living area. There is a separate bedroom and bathroom. The annex is a detached building set away from a family home. The entire studio is on the upstairs floor and you would need to climb one flight of stairs to access it. Downstairs is a utility room with a washer and dryer. Please note that this space is sometimes used by the host and is as such designated as a shared space. The annex is totally secure and you will get two door keys for your convenience. Most things you'll need are included... bedding, towels, bathroom supplies, cooking equipment, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. You will get a full list after booking so you can check what you need or don't need to bring. We are welcoming and generous hosts, so we can probably handle special requests or if you need anything you don't have. Guest access As well as the annex, you may use the patio area, the orchard, the back garden, and the paddock. The fields and lake are also part of the property so don't forget your fishing gear! There will be sheep in the fields during the summer months. The lake contains good carp, tench, bream, and all silver fish. There is some great fishing there.
