GREAT LOCATION!! 1 min walk from Hackney Downs Overground St. Stylish, 3 bed flat with 3 bathrooms (2 en-suites), bright living room & kitchen with a balcony in the middle of Hackney with possible parking & fast access to the city center. MONTHLY stays welcome too. 1 min walk to Tesco store. Many amazing coffee shops, bakeries & restaurants around. Great for professionals, families & groups of friends. Partying is strictly forbidden as it's a nice residential building. The space Lovely, minimalistic but stylish apartment with industrial and Nordic-style furniture and many modern details. **SPACE** Our brightly lit 3-bedroom apartment provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. It's situated on a vibrant street in a friendly neighborhood. The 3-bedroom is a generous size and houses comfortable double beds in each room. Each bedroom has 8 soft pillows on the bed. And we leave one bath towel per person. One of the bedrooms and living room has a sunrise light, another bedrooms have a beautiful afternoon sun. All bedrooms will definitely guarantee you a restful night of sleep. There are 3 nice bathrooms. So all guest have their own privacy and time to get ready. Two en-suites have a walk-in spacious shower with a rainfall shower head. The third bathroom is situated in the hallway and benefits from a bathtub and rainfall shower head. The room (facing the street) might be a little bit noisy sometimes from the road. We tried different noise-canceling blinds - but it was a waste of money as it didn’t do anything. We leave you earplugs just to be sure you are enjoying your stay! :) Lastly, let us not forget to mention our cute sun-soaked balcony. This is a perfect area where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air & the smell of lavenders. In the beautifully laid out living & dining area with a 45’ TV (Netflix), you will find a comfortable sofa (seats 3) and 2 soft stools and designer wood long table (seating 6 people). The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. The kitchen is part of the open living & dining area. With many appliances it allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped with space, oil, coffee, a toaster, a hand blender, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. BABY COT We have a foldable cot with a mattress (100*74*74cm 4 sides mesh, suitable from birth to 36 months). Please request and we get it ready for you. PARKING Parking is available for as little as £8 per day, please request. Sundays are free. Great location close to the city center and airports. Cannot wait to host you! :) Guest access Full Flat Other things to note **We are happy to provide airport pick up and drop off for an additional price. **No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy. **No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to inform people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house) :) **No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat. **No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited. **Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbors during these times. **Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay. **Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee. **Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us. **We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels.
