Bedroom with a resident

Hi , I offer you a quiet room in my house 15 minutes from the city center of Chx and 5 minutes from the forest. The house, with garden and outdoor furniture, is spacious, equipped and close to all amenities. You will have a bedroom and a private bathroom. The rest of the house will be shared.
