On free shuttle route to the village The space This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom Snowgoose town home with 7 beds backs onto a serene woodland setting. Enter the home into a roomy vestibule with a large walk in closet to store for all your gear. A short flight of steps up to the huge open concept living area with vaulted ceilings, new hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace, spacious well stocked kitchen, 2 roomy dining areas and a full bathroom. There is a large deck front deck with seating and a covered back deck with BBQ. The stairs up from this floor lead to the master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bathroom and large walk in closet. The landing half way up the stairs has a comfortable sofa bed. Down the stairs from the front vestibule are 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, washer and dryer and a new private outdoor hot tub. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other two each have 2 twin beds. There is free parking in the secure garage for up to 3 cars and a dedicated EV charger. Directly in front of the complex is a stop on the free and frequent shuttle that will take you to either mountain bases and the village. This shuttle runs until 1AM. This home has just been recently renovated with new tiling in the vestibule, new hardwood flooring, new carpets, completely redone bathrooms and many furniture upgrades.
