The peaceful village of Prades is 5 minutes from Sainte-Énimie (9th most beautiful village in France). This pied-à-terre is a great base to explore the region (the Cévennes, Aubrac, Gorges du Tarn and Jonte). For nature sports lovers, there are many activities: hiking, canoeing, caving, via ferrata, mountain biking... Access to the river for swimming in 5 min walk. The space 1 room dining room kitchen, one bedroom as well as a bathroom with toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher and fridge (note: it does not have a freezer compartment or freezer). The coffee machine is a Dolce Gusto. It works with capsules of the same brand. Outside: beautiful terrace equipped with a table and 6 chairs: 1 umbrella
