Welcome to our lovingly renovated 1700s home We are a family with two adorable children (a 6-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl). Passionate about travel, we are committed to sharing our carefully renovated home to offer you all the comfort and tranquility you need for an unforgettable stay, just a short distance from Annecy. The space A comfortable sleeping area The bedding is new and of high quality to ensure you get the best possible rest. The property has three bedrooms: • Bedroom 1: One large double bed (180 x 200). • Bedroom 2: One single bed (90 x 200 cm) with mountain views. • Bedroom 3: One single bed (90 x 200 cm) + one extra bed (90 x 200 cm), also with mountain views. Modern and comprehensive amenities • Living area: Cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and a smart LED TV for your movie nights. • Fully equipped kitchen: Modern and functional, it has everything you need (coffee machine, food processor, fondue, raclette, grilled cheese sandwich, and waffle makers). • Bathroom: A spacious and bright bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and double sink. • Bathrooms: Two bathrooms (one on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor). • Laundry & work area: A very large laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board, as well as a large desk for remote work. The little extras • Winter atmosphere: Enjoy a high-performance wood-burning stove that heats the entire house (an instructional video will be provided). • Outdoors: One parking space right in front of the house and a 50 m² terrace (currently under construction). • Safety: The accommodation is modern and meets all applicable safety standards. • Families: Upon request, we can provide books and games for your children.
