This is a great place for families who like the outdoors, fishing and boating! It will also be a great place for anyone using the new event center located at Pyne Road Park. The space Master bedroom has a king size bed and bathroom. The other bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is another full bathroom in the hallway. The kitchen, dining and living room are open concept. There is a great back porch leads out to the large deck. There is a fire pit and a path that leads down to the lake. The dock doesn't have water year round. Guest access The garage is not available for use. The storage buildings are also unavailable. Other things to note The Wild Wood is located inside a neighborhood with homes on either side. Please note that no parties are allowed. Be courteous and do not play loud music late into the night.
