This is a first floor unit. We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we're not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies. We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but, the standard check-in time for this unit will apply. Property Notes: -There is a unit located on the 1st floor of a 2 floor building. Although we have made efforts to reduce sound transfer, there may be some sound transfer from neighbors. -This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking -We ask that all guests be respectful & courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily. We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.
