Welcome to our charming cabin nestled in the middle of a lush green meadow, surrounded by horses and wooded landscapes. It's the perfect place for those looking to disconnect from everyday life and reconnect with nature and enjoy the peace and quiet. The space Our cabin, powered by solar panels, is designed to offer a comfortable stay while respecting the environment. The decor has been carefully crafted to combine country chic and country decor. The bed linen is made from antique, embroidered, raw cotton sheets made in France and transformed into duvet covers by us. We provide soap and shampoo. What you'll love about this cabin: - Absolute serenity and calm: Far from the noise of the city, enjoy the soothing silence of the countryside. The cabin is located at the back of an old farmhouse, at the end of a small private road; no one will disturb you here. - Immersion in nature: Wake up to the view of horses grazing peacefully in the meadow opposite the cabin. - Eco-tourism: Explore the surrounding trails, go hiking or cycling, and discover the local flora and fauna. Amenities: - Comfortable bed (180x200cm) (with cotton sheets) - A sofa bed (unfolded: 120x190cm) to accommodate your children (with cotton sheets) - Travel cot for the little ones - Kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils, gas hob, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and hairdryer, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. - Bathroom with soaps and shampoos, toilet paper, towels (one small and one large per person), first aid kit, and a large wardrobe to store your personal belongings. Please note that there is no hairdryer. - Wooden terrace equipped with a small table and four armchairs overlooking the meadow for enjoying outdoor meals. The terrace is lit for enjoying summer evenings outside. An ashtray is available on the terrace, and we ask that you only smoke outside the accommodation. - Board games for friendly evenings - Digital disconnection: there is no Wi-Fi in our accommodation, allowing you to put down your phones and computers and experience a true vacation without social media. Nearby activities: - Hiking, cycling, and horseback riding in the surrounding countryside - Animal and bird watching (Landes Pond Nature Reserve) - Visit local farms and taste local products - Wildlife park respectful of their welfare just a few minutes from the cottage (La Ferme des Clautres) - Local markets - Outdoor activities: Treetop adventure park, maze, golf, horseback riding, etc. - Tourism: Pierres Jaumâtres, Chambon-sur-Voueize Abbey, Ste Valérie d'Evaux-les-Bains Abbey, visit to the village of Boussac, etc. Numerous guided tours and storytelling tours are organized by the surrounding tourist offices. - Open-air cinema: This summer, several free open-air cinema screenings are being held in the surrounding villages. Pets: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets in our cabin. The grounds are not fenced and directly overlook the horse paddock. We want to avoid any accidents between our animals and yours. Guest access You have access to the entire accommodation (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, dining area, terrace) as well as to the garden in front of the chalet. Other things to note Your only neighbors are three horses, very tall but very calm.
