Highlighted by its central location and a private backyard patio, this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house has everything you need for your visit. This charming home maintains much of its original character, balanced with updated amenities that today's visitors expect. The space The 1889 House has 5 spacious bedrooms with a total of 4 king beds & 2 queen beds, as well as 3 full bathrooms. Our property is two floors. The main floor has 2 bedrooms (both with king beds) & 2 full bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has an attached bathroom with walk in shower and the second bedroom has access to the 2nd full bathroom on the floor, also with a walk-in shower. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms - 2 rooms with king beds and 1 room with 2 queen beds. The upstairs has a full bathroom with a tub/shower that is shared by the 3 bedrooms. All bedding & towels are professionally laundered after each guest. There are Smart TVs in the both the Living Room and each bedroom for your relaxation and entertainment needs. We provide Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hair Dryers, Lotion, and small bars of soap for your visit. The backyard has a fire-pit that our guests are welcome to take respite with your friends and family and enjoy the outdoors. Firewood is provided. The home is also equipped with a Dining Room with seats for 8 for all your small Dinner gathering needs. The kitchen is stocked with cooking appliances, everyday kitchenware, ice maker, and cooking items to make your stay feel like you are in your own kitchen. Your complimentary caffeine pick me up is provided to you at our in house coffee and tea bar. Get in a workout on our Peloton with a free subscription service for our guests to all Peloton classes while at the property. The checkout process simple so you can get to where you need to be next. Guest access All areas of the home (except for two storage closets) are available to guests. PARKING There is an abundance of free on site parking available to our guests. A 2 car garage, along with a driveway for 2+ cars, and also street parking with no permit required. Other things to note This property is pet free.
