Southwinds Condo unit has two bedrooms and 1.5 baths. One bedroom has a king size bed, the other has two full size beds. Over 1,100 square feet, very spacious and recently remodeled. Great location in the middle of everything. The new Gulf Place is our front yard! Condo is 2 blocks from the 'T'. Park your car and never have to leave. Walk to the 'Hangout', the 'Pink Pony', the 'Shrimp Basket', 'Bahama Bobs', 'The Steamer', just to name a few. A GREAT view of the beautiful white sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. Shopping is also all within walking distance. Large front deck with table and chairs where you can just sit back and look at the gulf or watch the beautiful sunsets . Easy walk to the beach, just cross the street and your toes are in the sand. Our condo is on the corner of Beach Blvd. and 2nd St. Most public activities are on the beach directly in front of our condo. All you have to do is just cross over, no driving/parking hassles. Or, if you prefer you can just sit on the front deck with a cold drink and listen to the music and watch the people go by. It's GREAT!! The city of Gulf Shores has completed Phases 1 and 2 of Gulf Place. There is a pool at the north end of the condo unit. The pool is closed from October to April of each year.
