Built in 2020 with a suite, balcony and closed upstairs, as well as a bedroom, bathroom, workspace and winter garden on the ground floor. All with beautiful wooden doors and windows and glass to see the outside with its fruit trees, ornamental flowers, hammocks and a beautiful pool in front of the entrance. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The entrance is shared, but the pool is exclusively for you. The space 1 suite upstairs with air conditioning and balcony, 1 bedroom downstairs with full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, small desk, laundry room, and living room with 2 sofas and smart TV Guest access You have exclusive access to the pool (rules updated from 01/06/2026) and parking. Other things to note The entrance can be independent because we have a box for keys with code outside the house
