The space Character cottage beautifully furnished with everything you need for a home away from home. The master bedroom has a wardrobe & ensuite (with waterfall shower) and a King bed. The second bedroom has a large wardrobe and a Queen bed. There is a second main bathroom with clawfoot bath and shower. The living area of the house includes a living room with a TV nook (Samsung Frame), a character fireplace, a dining area, kitchen (fully equipped with everything you need, including pantry staples) and a laundry (washing machine & clothes dryer, indoor air-racks and outdoor clothes line). There is a sofa bed in the living room. Please request to use this. Due to the size of the cottage it is suitable for 4 adults maximum. There is a fully equipped home office with fast, reliable fibre / wifi. A portacot can be set up in this room if travelling with a little one. Great outdoor area with sunny lawn, deck & deck chairs. Webber BBQ and outdoor dining table and chairs. There are two off street carparks for easy and safe carparking. The house is in a quiet residential street - off street parking is available and never an issue. Bus stops at top of the street with frequent buses. Walking distance to Kingsland and Morningside Train stations. Ubers readily avaliable and affordable in this area. Tea, coffee, milk, generous pantry staples provided to make for an easy stay.
