"SISSI" Garden view room in a dream location

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Everything is within walking distance... I have two rooms for rent. The space Nice room with large bed (1.80 x 2 m) overlooking the secluded garden🪴. Sunrise🌅. The room is in the apartment on the first floor. A second room with a French bed (1.40 x 2.00 meters) can be booked. Two-family house, my sister lives on the upper floor. Guest access Shared use of kitchen, bathroom and toilet, (living room possibly by arrangement). A terrace part in the garden is available to be used. During your stay I also live in the house (with my dear dog🐕‍🦺) and am always in contact if desired. Other things to note The train station can be reached in 2 minutes, but it is very quiet. S-Bahn [suburban train] and express train (30 minutes to Munich Central Station). The Garmisch ski resort can be reached in 40 minutes, also by express train. Parking is available in front of the property.
