Ocean Front Villa with all the amenities you need in order to relax and enjoy your vacations. The Villa is located 35 minutes away from San Juan, 20 minutes away from Fajardo and 10 minutes away from el Yunque. Walk 10 steps and you will feel the sand and the clear water in your feet. The space The Villa was built last year, it has 1 bedroom with two queen beds and one loft with a king bed. The loft has a beautiful view to the sea. The Kitchen and living room are open with doors that open into the terrace and patio (beach). There is one bathroom and one open outdoor shower. There is Direct TV in the bedroom and wi-fi in the house. There are three brand new AC units in the house, one for each bedroom and one for the living room. There is a dining table for four, kitchen with all the appliances, including a fridge and a coffee machine, balcony with plenty of space, beach chairs, gas BBQ, and a cooler. The Villa also has a water reserve tank and electric generator for emergencies. The beach is your patio, there is a reef that makes the water very calm with a nice shallow natural pool. Snorkeling and fishing is very popular in the area so don't be afraid and give it a try. The beach is also very famous for kite surfing. We provide Hammocks that we set up at the palm trees so you can enjoy the sunset.
