Spacious guest home w/great views and pool access

Enjoy our spacious Casita in the heart of the hill country with beautiful views, a pool, and hot tub. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac in a lovely neighborhood with regular wildlife visitors such as deer, a little fox, cardinals, hummingbirds, butterflies and more. We are right off Hwy 281, just 5 minutes from the Guadalupe River, less than an hour from Fredericksburg (known for it’s wineries), and 30 minutes from San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Boerne. We think it’s the perfect location! The space 1200 sq ft guest house with 2 bedrooms with king beds, 2 full baths, 2 smart TV’s with surround sound and music streaming, a great outdoor patio space with an outdoor kitchen. We have a well stocked galley style kitchen and provide coffee (Nespresso or regular drip), basic spices and oil for cooking. There is also a huge walk-in pantry with a washer and dryer. We provide all linens, including towels for the pool. Guest access You will drive up our driveway past the main house and have 2 parking spaces right in front of the Casita. You have access to the pool, patio, outdoor kitchen, side yard, and fire pit. Our home is 100 yards away. Other things to note Our driveway is a little steep but easy to drive up. There are stairs to access the Casita.
