The space Cottage adjoining the owners' house of 220 m² on two levels with independent entrance and private exteriors. On the raised ground floor (5 steps), there is the spacious living room which has a kitchen open to the dining room with its pellet stove and a large relaxation lounge. Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, the sleeping areas are arranged in 4 bedrooms including a mezzanine (bed 160/bed 140 & 90/bed 140/3 beds 90). Bathroom with corner bathtub and separate toilet. In the countryside between Roannais and the Forez plain, Christelle & Édouard welcome you to their spacious and comfortable cottage. Here, you will enjoy lovely outdoors to play with your family, relax on a sun lounger, or simply enjoy the moment thanks to the landscaped courtyard, the petanque court, the swing, the swimming pool (4x5 - unheated - open from June to September, equipped with a pool alarm thanks to a powerful sound system), the SPA (6 seats), ... The accommodation opens onto a large living room combining modernity through its decoration and its equipment and character through its restoration (French ceilings, wooden beams, stone walls...).
