Our apartment is a 2-minute walk from the sea (100 m). Our house is located 9.5 km from Cunda and 5 km from Ayvalık center, overlooking the Kaz Mountains, Edremit Bay and the Mitralyöz Burnu beach facing Patricia. There are various beaches and cafes along the coast. It is 70 m from public transportation and 150 m from the market. Taksiyarhis Church is 6.3 km from Ayvalık, Taksiyarhis Church is 9.5 km from Cunda, Ayvalık Ayazması is 7 km away, Ayışığı Monastery is 18 km away. The space 1+1 lower floor apartment of a 3-storey house. The living room has a TV, air conditioning (24000btu), a 3-seater sofa and a dining table with 3 chairs. On the side facing the garden, we have a patio with a 4-person seating group. In addition, our garden with a 4-person seating group is open for your use. Our private parking lot for 1 vehicle is for our guests. Our house has a 2-ton water tank and a 1kw hydrophore. We have an uninterrupted energy infrastructure with a 7 kw-h solar panel and two 4.8kw lithium batteries (9.6kw in total). Our stove is a two-burner electric stove. There is a 35-liter electric water heater for hot water. Since our house is on the ground floor, the toilet has a macerator pump system. Guest access The entire 1+1 apartment, patio seating area, garden seating area and 1 outdoor private parking space are available to our guests. Other things to note We have multiple cats that we look after. You may encounter cats on the porch, in the garden and outdoors. Our house is on the garden floor and we do not spray any areas. We prefer that those with insect phobias look for more suitable homes. We are required to report copies of IDs (all adults staying at the house) before check-in.
