The Yates Loft - Downtown Geneva

Welcome to @TheYatesLoft - located right in the heart of downtown Geneva. Dating back to 1848, our newly renovated, spacious 2-bedroom apartment offers everything and more. Open concept boasts unique character and spacious rooms, while providing a wonderful feeling of comfort and home. Enjoy a short walk to dozens of restaurants, bars and shops in the area. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Short walk to Geneva's famous Third Street! You're just steps away from enjoying a wonderful night out! The space The Yates Loft is one of the oldest remaining buildings in downtown Geneva. Enjoy some history of the building with pictures throughout the space as well as our "History section" located in our House Rules book. Newly renovated and redesigned, the space offers two bedrooms, full size kitchen and a lovely family room where you can enjoy time with each other. Perfect for accommodations up to 4 guests. The home is furnished with one king memory foam bed in the master suite and one queen memory foam bed in the guest bedroom. Enjoy your own personal bathroom connected to each bedroom, please keep in mind there are showers only, no bathtubs (Sorry!). In the winter months, the space can get cooler, I HIGHLY recommend packing warmer clothes for sleeping and lounging around. Or enjoy the comfort of your significant other to keep you warm as well! Additional blankets and space heaters will be provided if requested. Guest access Access to the Yates Loft is located on the west side of the building. You will notice a white staircase leading up to the only entrance into the suite (STE 200). Guest must be able to climb a flight of stairs. Other things to note In an effort to maintain a secure premise, the Yates Loft is equipped with a Ring doorbell located at the entrance to the unit.
