The Riverview House (Entire Lower Level)

Rest & relaxation will meet you at this peaceful, centrally located home in the hills! The Riverview House has spectacular views of Memorial Bridge and looks down at the city of Maysville from the back porch. This contemporary home is nestled in 20 acres of green space and woods. It is only 1 mile from the historic downtown and minutes from restaurants, groceries, and shopping. Bring your hiking shoes to take a walk through the woods or settle around the fire pit to savor the view day or night! The space You will have the whole lower level (about 1300 sq ft) to yourself. It boasts 2 guest bedrooms with their own full bathrooms, a living room, dining area and limited kitchen. It has glass sliding doors out to your own private patio with a fire pit and chairs to enjoy the views. Guest access You will have a key code to the upstairs front door which leads right to the stairs down to the basement. The laundry room is located upstairs and is shared with the owner. During your stay I will be at the property throughout your stay. I keep myself busy so I will be in and out during the day. I would love to make you feel at home but I will respect your space and privacy.
