Brand new Kitchen accessories incl. all new pots & pans, plates, cookware, glasses, plates, etc. Stylish, Comfy, cozy yet room for the whole Family to relax and enjoy making "Lake Memories". WE DO ALLOW 1 Adult Housebroken, fixed DOG for an Xtra 1x flat charge of $90. You Must keep dog on leash when outside, pick up or hose off any pee/poo (we provide poo bags), and your Dog is NOT to be left alone in the Cabin (or tied up outside alone, at ANY time- Dog must go with you if you are out/away. Dog must be Housebroken, current on flea/tick preventative, and not be aggressive/destructive/excessive barker/whiny or a nuisance to the neighbors. Guest access All areas, with exception to owners lock off closet/cabinet. Other things to note No pets policy now (too hard to remove absolutely every dog hair). Trash Day: ORANGE street side Big Main bin is picked up every Tues. early am. -NO indoor smoking allowed. Do not flick/toss cigg. butts or bottle caps on the ground please! Please clean BBQ grill & empty grease tray after every use! Supervise a fire ALWAYS. Off street parking only. Only names on Reservation are allowed to stay at cabin. Booking is agreement to these terms and rules, or immediate termination of your booking with no refund in part or whole will be given.
