Cozy and well located house

This place is very special for its excellent location that allows guests to enjoy the oldest neighborhoods and places of interest to travelers, and for its open spaces ideal for being comfortably and enjoying the accommodation surrounded by beauty, art, crafts and functionality. La Americana was recently named the trendiest neighborhood on the world. The space The house was built in 1943 by a renowned architect of the time (Pedro Castellanos), so it is very functional, high ceilings and very well achieved. In 2023 it was restored and modernized, so you can enjoy modern facilities in a much more friendly architecture than the current one, especially if we compare it with what is now built in the city. It has several spaces that allow you to enjoy various environments and privacy inside the house. Each room has a large bed and furniture even to be able to write or use a computer. Other things to note Air conditioning is only located in the main bedroom, and in the other two rooms we have pedestal fans. On the ground floor the house is cool in general (now with the global increase in temperatures this can vary from year to year) but its design and functionality allow a fairly efficient cross ventilation in hot weather. Early tickets as well as departures after the set time are subject to availability of the time, so they should be consulted once the reservation has been confirmed.
