Situated on a working horse property in the beautiful Southern Highlands the "Cottage" at Fox Hill Farm is a charming country style house that comfortably sleeps 9 people. Located with easy access from the Hume Hwy and only 12 mins drive to Moss Vale, Berrima or Exeter. Get out of the city and enjoy clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation in a beautiful country setting. We live on the farm and are there for you if you need us. The space The house is spacious and has generous rooms. The master has a large ensuite and a walk in closet. The second bedroom also has built in robes. The kitchen and living areas are open plan and there is an additional large dining room. There is a wood fire as well as reverse cycle heating/air conditioner. Each bedroom also has it own heater. Both bathrooms contain both a shower and a bath tub. Enjoy a BBQ on the porch that overlooking the rolling hills and horses or take a walk up the tree lined laneway to the back of the farm. Guest access There is one under cover car space (low ceiling height so small to medium cars only). There is additional parking very close to the house on a gravel car parking area. Guests are welcome to walk up the lane way the length of the farm. We request that guests do not come to our house area. Other things to note We have two small friendly dogs that will come to say hello. We are happy for you to play with them, although please don't let them inside the cottage as we like to keep it pristine for guests.
