The space This is a studio apartment located in the basement of our 1967 home. Entry is through the garage and then into a shared storage area before entering the private studio. We like to say — don’t judge a book by its cover. Once inside, most guests are pleasantly surprised. The studio is open concept, featuring a bar area, pool table, private bathroom, and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a double hot plate, air fryer (air fries, bakes, roasts, and reheats), coffee pot, tea kettle, full-size refrigerator, and sink. There is no TV. This space is not fancy, but it is clean, comfortable, efficient, and intentional — perfect for guests who value simplicity, quiet, and a peaceful place to rest. Whether you’re dropping in for one night just traveling by or you need to stay for an extended time you will find this studio has everything you need! Guest access Please read before booking: Guests have private access to the entire basement studio. Entry is through the garage and a shared storage area, which leads directly to the private studio below our home. Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to the backyard, including open grassy areas, walking trails, meadow space, and the lower patio with fire pit and grill — making this a great fit for dog-friendly stays and guests who enjoy outdoor space. The upper deck is reserved for hosts only. All other outdoor areas are shared and available for guest use. Hosts live on-site and are respectful of guest privacy. Other things to note Pets ~ We love animals, especially dogs ~ mans best friend 😊 Our pets are family — Big Dog is Chase, medium dog is Nelly, small dog is Rocky! They are friendly. Please treat them with love and respect. We will also treat you and your pets with love and respect. • Dogs must be leashed while on the property • No pets on furniture • If your dog does not do well with other dogs, cats, or chickens, this may not be the right property for them?!?
