Our apartment is located in a gated community and can be described as comfortable, exquisitely designed and wonderfully landscaped. We ensure your privacy and security, while giving you the freedom to explore and enjoy your own slice of paradise. The Master Bedroom is approximately 14 x 14 in size and comes with an en-suite bathroom and 2 fitted closets. There is also a brand new king-size bed and a wall-mounted 32” flat-screen TV equipped with cable TV and a Roku media device. It also comes with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The 2nd bedroom is approximately 12 x 14 with an adjoining bathroom that your guests may use as well. This bedroom also has 2 full-sized beds and 2 fitted closets. There is a wall-mounted 32” flat-screen TV equipped with cable TV and Android TV. It also comes with air conditioning and a ceiling fan The living room is quite spacious and approximately 12 x 14. It sits right off the patio and adjacent to the dining area. This room has a wall-mounted 55” flat-screen TV with cable TV. There is also a book self where you can also find a bunch of family-oriented board games as well as books for your reading pleasure. Of course, there's air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is free wifi throughout the apartment and a comfortable desk and chair for those who want to get some work done. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a quartz countertop. Items include an electric stove, refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and blender. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit and for the energy-conscious, there is an indoor drying rack The patio overlooks the beautifully landscaped backyard back where you can go for strolls and admire the scenery. Other facilities to note include a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a tennis court, a clubhouse and several gazzebos. There is also a private beach located about 10 minutes away from the property Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment as well as the facilities provided such as the gym, swimming pool and tennis court. Guests will need their arm bans to facilitate access. Other things to note There is a local supermarket within walking distance of the apartment. They have the items you would usually expect but on top of that they also have a pharmacy, deli, liquor store and a restaurant. In the restaurant you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner with a slight focus on local dishes. In my opinion the food is great. Orders from various departments can be placed over the internet and invoices greater than $2,000 Jamaican qualify for free delivery to the apartment. Deliveries are done several times per day with final orders being received by 7pm for delivery later that night. Right next to the supermarket is an ATM, a Devon House Ice scream shop and a bill payment shop. Also if you're environmentally conscious and you own an EV, you can charge up using Evergo's level 2 and level 3 chargers while you go shopping.
