Description
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Set in just over three acres, our self contained annexe is on a private estate creating the feeling of being in the countryside yet is only a fifteen to twenty minute drive from Bournemouth and the famous beaches of Sandbanks. The lovely market town of Wimborne is minutes away. Neighbouring the famous Canford School this is a fantastic place to relax. The space The Annexe forms part of the original house with a further extension incorporating the living space and bathroom. Room sizes are; Bedroom 10’ x 11’ 9” Hallway 7’ 5” x 2’ 10” Shower Room 6’ 5” x 5 ‘ 9” Living Space 14’11 x 8’ 10” The bedroom features a double ottoman bed to provide storage for your luggage. There is a good size wardrobe with drawers below for other belongings. The bedroom has the original door to the main house which is bolted and sound proofed externally for your comfort (the house is link detached with an adjoining wall to our neighbours in the bedroom so there are rare times that some noise from next door will filter through). The shower room features a wall mounted WC, heated towel rail, wall mounted lit mirror and sink with vanity unit below for further storage. The shower itself is a good size with both standard and rainfall heads. You will also find a cupboard with ironing board and iron. Into the living space which has a comfortable sofa, Samsung smart TV and two seater dining/working space. The kitchenette incorporates a sink, 6 setting dishwasher, good size fridge with freezer compartment. 2 pan induction hob, air fryer, blender/food processor and combination microwave oven/grill. The annexe has its own independent central heating controlled wirelessly. We set this to our normal temperature, but you are able to control this for your own comfort. From the living space are French doors to a patio with outdoor seating (our front door and parking is adjacent to this so our paths may cross at some point). From here, there is direct access to a two and a half acre garden/field which you are welcome to use. This is where you will find the brick built BBQ and can often encounter rabbits, deer, badgers and our chicken out for their daily exercise. At the other end of this space we do have some well behaved bees, but please take note if allergic. Guest access The annexe is completely self contained with a blocked interconnecting door. Your entrance is through the patio doors into the living space.
