The space The Salty Palm Luxe Beach Apt is the top floor of the property! The Salty Palm is a two-story home with three individual/separate living spaces. You can rent the property as a whole or separate as the first-floor unit or second-floor unit. Upstairs you will find a luxurious apartment. The living and entertaining space, all open concept, is surrounded by large windows giving the guests gorgeous views of the island day and night during their stay! The upstairs apartment has a large living room with gas fireplace, separate workspace, pool/ping pong table, large dining table, and a custom kitchen with island! You will find two master bedrooms, both with large custom bathrooms. Plenty of closet and dresser space for long-term guests! The large open concept living room has two additional twin pull out memory foam sleepers for additional guest. The Salty Palm also has several outdoor spaces for guests to relax! Downstairs you will find a large patio area with ceiling fans and plenty of seating! On the side of the home, you will find a covered patio space with picnic table and outdoor shower! The home also has a second story deck for the luxe apartment guests to sit and enjoy the island breeze! Guest access Each unit/apartment has their own private entry off of the main entrance to the property. If the property is rented out by separate bookings, then the guests should expect to share the downstairs outdoor spaces, parking, and the laundry facilities in the main entryway of the home with other guests.
