The Macquarie Hobart

-The Macquarie Hobart is located in the heart of the historic Hobart CBD, only 5 minutes walk to Hobart waterfront and Salamanca. It is also a short drive to some of Hobarts big attractions: Wrest Point Casino , Cascade Brewery and Mt Wellington. -The hotel is located in an 1875 built manor house, complete with high ceilings, period features and a grand timber staircase. -Each room is complete with free Wi-Fi, heating/cooling, basic toiletries, TV, mini fridge, ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and an private bathroom. -A complimentary continental breakfast is also included with each booking. - As our building was built in 1875, therefore there is no elevator available. Our rooms are spread across 3 levels and a loft, with staircases as access. These rooms offer the perfect space for the single traveler, or couple who don’t mind sharing a double bed. The rooms are complete with a desk, freestanding wardrobe, double bed and bathroom incorporated in the main room. Steal a glimpse of the waterfront beyond from the double glazed windows. No additional guests can be accommodated in this space. These rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd levels and only accessible via a staircase.
