Other features to consider: - The accommodation is located on the ground floor with a private courtyard. - Parking near the accommodation is paid (parking). - Check-in is from 4 p.m. onwards - The accommodation includes duplex stairs - Keys are to be removed from a key box installed inside the building - We can't be reached after 11 p.m. We therefore ask you to try if possible to reach the accommodation before 11pm. The Space: You'll love my place because of the comfort, the decor, and the brightness. The Duplex studio can accommodate 3 people and is located on the ground floor inside a courtyard with no street passage. To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal: - A friendly and bright living space: queen size bed, sofa, armchair, TV, dining area with dining table for 2 people. - An equipped kitchenette: fridge, microwave, stove, kitchen utensils. - A modern bathroom: walk-in shower, sink with mirror, toilet, and washing machine. /!\ Wi-Fi is not working at the moment The TV is not working right now Guest access Access to the accommodation is from 4 p.m. onwards Keys are to be removed from a key box installed outside the building /!\ An internet connection will be required to access the check-in instructions Other things to note ☕️ For your comfort, we provide bed linen and household linen, as well as a welcome kit including everything you need to start your stay: two rolls of toilet paper, two coffee pods, sugar, as well as shampoo, shower gel and solid soap in travel size. If these supplies are not sufficient for the duration of your stay, it will be your responsibility to restock as needed.
