Enjoy a private pool, stunning sunsets, and plenty of space for friends and family! Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking. With parking 3 vehicles (must park horizontally) depending on size, as you pull up and walk through the gate, you'll want to linger in this incredible outdoor space. A private pool is inviting you in, and a pool bar is a great place to enjoy afternoon happy hours, along with outdoor living space for comfort and relaxation. Heading upstairs, you'll enter a beautiful and spacious dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to prep, cook, serve, and dine! The living space is open and offers plenty of seating for your friends and family. The balcony and upper deck are huge and have great outdoor space for grilling and chilling! The bedrooms offer 1 King Suite with private bathroom, a Queen Bedroom, and a Bunk room with 2 twins and 1 full. You'll also enjoy a 2nd full bathroom and a stackable washer/dryer. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks. - This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies.
