The space Nestled in a secluded area on a rustic 9-acre property in the heart of the Santa Cruz Mountains, you’ll be surrounded by redwoods, firs, madrone, and oaks. Just steps to a hillside meadow, where you can enjoy expansive views of the ridge line. We live on the property where we have 2 basset hounds, 10 chickens, and, yes, a rooster to welcome you to the morning. The area where the Airstream is has tons of privacy and seclusion, with a private fire pit, picnic table, BBQ grill, and hammock. There are two other rentals spaced out on the property a substantial distance, but you'll have your own large area with plenty of privacy. We are within minutes of Big Basin Redwoods State Park (California’s oldest state park), Wine Tasting, Golf, disc golf, hiking, swimming in the San Lorenzo River, and downtown Boulder Creek’s restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. We are within walking distance of the Boulder Creek Golf Course, which boasts a lovely, 9-hole, redwood tree-lined course, plus an 18-hole disc golf course. Your stay is only a 3-mile drive from town and a 5.4-mile drive to Big Basin Redwoods State Park, California’s oldest state park with amazing trails and hiking. We are also 6 miles from the San Vicente Redwoods hiking and mountain biking trails. Beautiful open skies make for some amazing stargazing on clear nights. It's also an easy drive down to Santa Cruz and all the attractions the county has to offer. There is space to set up one tent for an additional $30 fee per night.
