The space The studio is located on the 4th floor with elevator, in a secure building with a digital code and equipped with surveillance cameras. > The room is equipped with 2 comfortable and cozy single beds, guaranteeing you a good night's sleep, conducive to recharging your batteries. > The kitchenette is fully equipped with the necessities to prepare your meals, with individual coffee and tea at your disposal. > The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and we provide towels, bath products, as well as a hairdryer to enhance your comfort. > Telecommuting? A high-speed Internet Wi-Fi connection allows you to work remotely with peace of mind. Please note that this is a non-smoking home and we ask you to respect this rule. Guest access The entrance to the premises is autonomous thanks to a secure key box to facilitate your arrival from 4 p.m. and your departure at 11 a.m. Free parking is available near the residence.
