Cozy, quiet, clean second story room with gorgeous mountain views! Private room with queen bed, separate sitting area, large bathroom with shower, private entrance & outdoor sitting area. Fridge, kettle, microwave, TV, coffee/tea. Free WIFI and NETFLIX. Quiet neighborhood and a 5 minute walk to downtown and hiking trails! Breakfast is not included. The space There is a steep set of stairs to get to the room. Its small, but cozy and clean. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, kettle, coffee maker and dishes. Guest access Guests have a private entrance to the suite. There is a coded lock for the suite, so guests can come and go at their leisure. The code is sent a few days prior to the reservation. Other things to note Please note the stairs are a bit steep, may not be suitable for everyone. The suite does not have a kitchen, and cooking is not permitted including hot plates and rice cookers. Breakfast is not included. There is a doorbell security camera located at both entrances to our house. If you prefer that we do not have this on during your stay, please let us know.
