The space A cozy and modern atmosphere, the Studio is located on the second floor of the container house, and features a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living room. The bedroom has: - double bed - pillows - clothes rack - air-conditioning The American mini-kitchen, integrated into the living room, is equipped with: - minibar - microwave - electric coffee maker - sandwich grill - Induction stove - Airfryer (air fryer) - stainless steel pots, glasses, cups and other basic utensils The room has: - counter - Dining table with 4 seats - sofa bed - Smart TV - air-conditioning Balcony overlooking the sea. The doors and windows are soundproof. Uncovered parking at the entrance to the property. High-speed Wi-Fi via Starlink satellite. Hairdryer, iron and thermal blanket for ironing are also available. REMINDER: the voltage on the north coast of SP is 220V Guest access - At the Bella Vita Container Space: When parking in one of the uncovered spaces in front of the property, access is via stairs and a gate on the left side of the property (for those facing away from the street). Then, go up the stairs that lead to the upper floor and the Studio. - To get to São Sebastião: If you come by bus here with Buser, the boarding and disembarking point is at the Flexa stop, a 10-minute walk from Espaço Casa Container. If you come by bus with Pássaro Marrom, before boarding try to talk to the driver to let you get off at the point in front of the Yatch Clube da Ilhabela parking lot. It is a 1-minute walk to Espaço Container Bella Vita. The end point of this bus is the bus station, which is a 16-minute drive. - To get around the city: There is Uber around here, but request it in advance if you have a scheduled time, as the supply of cars is limited. Public transportation: the nearest bus stop is in front of the Yatch Clube da Ilhabela parking lot, a 1-minute walk from Espaço Casa Container. If you want to rent a car, there is a rental agency in the city center. Or, if you prefer to rent a bike, just let us know and we'll pass on the tips.
