Curious Little Cottage

Our cozy cottage is nestled on a quiet dead end road, conveniently located to fabulous area attractions, such as ski areas, golf courses, historic landmarks, good eats, bike trails, scenic roads, lil swimmin holes, art gallerys, live music, Paramount theater.. you wont be bored! Heidi Ethan & Heather (your hosts) have decorated our cottage with fun & interesting decor which we think will make for a fun and interesting getaway!!! As much as we love them...We have a very strict no pet policy! The space Our cottage is very cute & quiet with a cozy and private back deck so you can relax and rest well! We have a locking storage shed for your sports equipment (golf clubs, bikes, skis/snowboards).. we prefer you do not bring these into the cottage.. The shed has a large garbage can if you need to empty the can inside the cottage. When you check out, just leave the keys on the counter, door unlocked & PLEASE turn the heat to 60*...thank you very much! We have a well & our water is delicious!! Guest access This cozy cottage is all yours to enjoy!! Cozy deck for relaxing!! Again, please be mindful that we are on a dead-end residential road with quiet neighbors. Enjoy yourself, but any loud music or any more than two people is not permitted. But please have fun!!!🌻 Other things to note *Anything smoked (cigarettes,cigars,pipes, marijuana,vapes) must be smoked outside.. there's ashtrays provided on the front and back deck. Please pull the door behind you and close it fully before smoking, the next guest will not want to smell the remnants of odors..We respect your wish to smoke (as some of us are smokers as well) please be mindful of this rule as we dont have time to "air out" before our next guest arrives.. and it will result in a $300 fine...thank you very much🌻 *Cottage is in the country, there are wild animals in our woods.. fun to see & hear! *We do not have a generator & occasionally the power will get knocked out (very rare,) but it could happen. *We keep the propane grill in the shed to avoid bees/wasps trying to build their home in it!! Ask us; we will get it out for you!! * Please drive slow on our road... us and our neighbors would appreciate it. Thank you. * Again we have a strict no pet policy. We love em..buuuuuut....Please don't break this rule.. exterior cameras will reveal..We are in a quiet neighborhood..excessive barking disrupts peace & quiet, fleas/ticks could be brought in..& potential 'accidents' could happen...we've chosen to avoid this!! We love animals, but we would like to have our property kept quiet and maintained the way we wish!! * Also we want nothing but relaxation for you.. but please be mindful of the checkout time which is 11a.m. as we need to prepare cottage with a proper cleaning for the next reservation..Much appreciated!🌻 * Our Wi-Fi is pretty reliable, but its residential wireless.. not business class.. only our provider can correct issues during business hours. We will do our best. Thank you! Occasionally, you will hear our neighbors doing house projects. We can't predict when those noisy ones will be..so just be prepared in advance!! This is out of our control.. PLEASE DO NOT CHARGE ELECTRIC VEHICLES FROM OUR COTTAGE.. we don't have an outside outlet and we don't want you to leave door cracked open trying to bring the cord inside..there are charging stations in Rutland & Killington. thank you🌻
