Hi everyone. First off The Homestead is a shared space. This is a great place to get away and unwind. Small rustic home that is cozy and safe. Close to shopping, state parks, swimming, restaurants, music venues etc. So many things to do. You can even sit by the fire and enjoy the country and the solitude. The space Welcome to the Homestead! This a shared space. Im easygoing, clean and respectful. Check out the reviews and you will see other guests have enjoyed it. As a Master Plumber/Handyman, I rebuilt this house almost from the ground up. With the help of friends, I did most of the work myself over the years. I think you’ll find a cozy, relaxing atmosphere, where you can enjoy the comfortable amenities of the house itself. On the two grassy acres surrounding it, you’ll find a spacious patio, a fire pit in a cooling grove of trees … and you might even see a deer or several wander by! I’ve traveled a lot over 40 years, sharing living space and enjoying the company of many different people, so I know what it takes to make new friends feel at home. Give the Homestead a try! Guest access Being a shared space guests will have access to their own bedroom, shared kitchen with appliances, shared living room with tv, shared bathroom, shared laundry, backyard, grill, fire pit and patio. During your stay I will be available by Airbnb app, phone, text or in person to answer any questions or concerns. Other things to note For all the bed linens and towels I use a good quality hypoallergenic, free and clear laundry soap and dryer sheets. I also use Free and Clear Sanitizer in the wash so all the bedding, towels and facecloth have that extra step to cleanliness. I also use a Silver Onyx Air Purifier in the home for even better air quality. There is bottled water in the fridge to drink. No drugs, partying or heavy drinking. No smoking inside the home but you can smoke outside. Please take off your shoes in the home. Only registered guests allowed. No illegal activity on the premises. This home has a septic system. Only flush toilet paper and human waste down the toilet and water down the sinks/ drains. No flushable wipes or any other trash and dispose of feminine products in the trash can beside the toilet. You can enjoy your coffee or tea at the table at the back patio in the morning or evening. This is a great place to unwind and enjoy the peace. You can also put up the umbrella if you need too.
