The space Comfortably accommodates up to 3 adults and 3 children (under 12 years old). Sleeping arrangements include: Queen-size bed with pull-out bed Sofa bed (approx. 6 ft) Pull-out children’s table stored under the sofa bed The unit features a balcony, ample storage, and a layout designed for comfort and functionality. Pool access: Free for up to 3 registered guests • ₱300 per person for excess guests (as charged by building management) Gym access: Free of charge for registered guests Parking: Free parking advance booking needed. Walking and landscaped paths: Open to residents and guests One of the best features of the property is its direct connection to Venice Grand Canal Mall via a secure pedestrian bridge, providing convenient access to restaurants, cafés, shops, and daily essentials without needing transportation. For building access, guests are issued an RFID key. A ₱800 refundable security deposit is required and will be fully returned upon check-out, provided the RFID is returned and not lost or damaged. All amenity use and access are subject to current building policies and availability, which may change without prior notice. Other things to note DO NOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER as property has poor drainage and can clog easily. To avoid inconvenience kindly use trash bins. Clogged drains will cause backflow and will not be a nice part of your Cozy Stay :) STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside whole property building. NO HANGING OF CLOTHES AT BALCONY P2,500 penalty by admin. DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE BAG OUTSIDE THE UNIT :) FREE PARKING for my guests UPON ADVANCE RESERVATION Turn off electricity before checking out. The unit is located in a vibrant urban district. Occasional external noise may occur from surrounding areas and is outside the host’s control. Any reported concerns are addressed immediately.
