Shared access to the kitchen, laundry room, living/dining room, and outdoor deck and hot tub is included. The space Experience DC in 5 star luxury!  Enjoy your clean spacious quiet oasis with en-suite private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and access to the rest of the home, including an expansive deck and hot tub located in the backyard.   There is ample, free, on-street parking available in front of the townhome. Guest access All guests share access to the main level living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and outdoor deck, fenced-in private backyard, and hot tub. During your stay I am readily available through the AirBnB app or by phone (text/call). I am an experienced AirBnB guest and host of multiple properties with numerous 5-star reviews. Other things to note This listing is for a private room in a townhome that is shared with myself and my husband (the hosts) and two other AirBnB guests (3 guest rooms total). My husband and I stay in the basement of the townhome when our main home is rented out, so we are not always on-site, but we are always readily available if any issues arise. The common areas (main level living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and outdoor space) are shared with the other guests and myself and my husband when we are on-site.
