Park once and enjoy vacation mode! The space Minimum age to rent is 21. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests (including children/babies). This is a fire code regulation and cannot be exceeded. Guest may be asked to provide ID for age verification. All guests must complete Airbnb's verification process prior to booking. Guest access Guest will access to the top floor of the cottage. Inside private staircase to top floor and onsite pool. Other things to note This is a two story cottage. This is for the top floor of the cottage. Guest can also rent bottom floor or the entire cottage. Check in day, have to be checked in no later than 10pm. One parking pass is issued and has to be displayed all times in your vehicle. No boats, RV's, trailers, wave runners allowed. Towing is enforced. We do not provide beach towels, please bring your own. No parties allowed or gatherings. No glitter allowed inside. Cannot tape/hang anything to the walls or hang anything from railing outside.
