The space Our spaces are full of little touches to make you feel comfortable during your trip. This apartment is 65 m² and accommodates up to 6 people. It has a rustic and modern atmosphere with functional decor, a coffee maker with complimentary capsules. Living room, 1 suite, 1 bedroom, guest bathroom, open kitchen, laundry area. We provide a mini convenience setup in the apartment to assist our guests upon arrival, and you only need to restock it at the end or it will be charged. Guest access As soon as your reservation is confirmed, you will receive our check-in manual with all the information and instructions, up to 24 hours before your arrival or, in the case of same-day bookings, immediately after confirmation. On the day of check-in, simply use the intercom and identify yourself at the building entrance. This procedure is simple and quick, with no need to climb stairs. (Inside the apartment, you will have control of the gate for car access and 2 tags for pedestrian gate access.) Our team is available 24 hours a day to assist with anything you may need. Access to the apartment is via the elevator located in the entrance hall. The door has a digital lock, and the access code will be sent in advance along with the check-in manual. You will also have access to the pool area. Other things to note GENERAL NOTES • No visitors are allowed. • All apartments are non-smoking. • Guests must respect the quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays, and 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekends and holidays. • Please check your belongings before leaving the apartment, as CLICK LODGE is not responsible for any items left behind. • Cleaning included in the rate is performed only at check-out. Additional cleaning during the stay will incur an extra charge. • Each guest is provided with one bath towel per guest and one hand towel per bathroom, as well as bed linens for the number of registered guests. • Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee. • Pets are allowed, with an additional fee.• Relax, enjoy, and don’t worry about anything else :) The CLICK LODGE team is always available to assist guests. CANCELLATION POLICY • Guests have 7 (seven) days after the reservation is confirmed to cancel for a full refund, in accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC), except in cases where check-in occurs within this period. • Guests who cancel more than 30 days before check-in are entitled to a 50% refund of the total reservation amount. If a payment of less than 50% was made, this amount is non-refundable. • If the reservation is canceled 30 days or less before check-in, no refund will be issued. • If the guest checks out earlier than the agreed period, no payments already made will be refunded. • Reservations made through partners must be canceled directly with the respective partner’s support team.
