Discover our charming guest house, a true haven of peace and quiet located in the Troyes area, close to the lakes 🚵 🏊‍♂️ For your comfort and privacy, we only host one family or two couples of friends at a time. You will have the entire 1st floor of the house, which can accommodate 5 people. The space includes: 2 bedrooms, double bed (160) 1 children's bedroom, single bed (90) 1 comfortable living room with TV 1 snack bar 1 shower area, toilet The space Our bed and breakfast is located in a characterful house, with a luxurious and refined decoration. It has a large comfortable bedroom, zen style, with a king-size bed for 2 people, a romantic bedroom with a double bed in 140, a children's playroom with a 90 bed, a snack room with sink, a private shower room with toilet, as well as a living room area with TV, CD player and Chromecast. Ability to host two couples of friends with a child or family. Umbrella bed available on request. For those who prefer to relax outdoors, our sunny terrace is the perfect spot to rest and enjoy the garden as well as the pool. ⚠️ When using the pool, children remain at your sole responsibility. I can provide swimming armbands and pool games. A small inflatable pool is also available for infants. At the back of the garden, your children can enjoy a play area with a swing and a playhouse. We pride ourselves on providing quality service and a warm welcome. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire floor of the property, the outside area, the pool, and the sun loungers. They can park their vehicle for free in front of the house. Maryline and Philippe live on the ground floor of the house and share the whole property except the floor when they host guests. During your stay We make every effort to ensure you have a great vacation, we are at your disposal to help if needed. Other things to note Check-ins start at 3 p.m. and departures at 11 a.m. to give us time to prepare the accommodation. These times can be adjusted whenever possible. Please note: we have a 4-year-old dog, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Skipy. He is very kind to both children and adults; he is not allowed to go upstairs. City 🚌 buses to get to Troyes pass 100 meters from the house. They run until 8pm, except on Sundays.
