Our charming guest house, a haven of peace and quiet located in the Troyes region and close to the lakes. For your well-being, we only accommodate one family at a time or two couples who will share the 1st floor of the house with a maximum of 5 people (2 adult bedrooms and 1 child bedroom). 1 living room with TV, a snack room, shower and toilet. Breakfast at an additional cost €12 per adult €7 for children from 4 to 7 years old Free for children under 4 years old The space Our guest room is located in a house with character, with luxurious and refined decoration. It has a large comfortable bedroom, zen style, with a king-size bed for 2 people, a romantic bedroom with a 140 double bed, a children's playroom with a 90 cm bed, a snack room with sink, a private shower room with toilet, as well as a living room area with TV, CD player and Chromecast. Possibility of hosting two couples of friends with a child or a family. Umbrella bed available on request. Our guest room is equipped with all modern amenities for your comfort: flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, minibar, coffee machine and mini-fridge. Many games for children are available in the dedicated room (dolls, books, board games, etc.). I also provide a high chair for little ones. For those who prefer to relax outdoors, our sunny terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the garden as well as the pool. ⚠️ When using the pool, children remain under your full responsibility. I can provide swimming armbands and pool games. A small inflatable pool is also available for babies. At the back of the garden, your children can enjoy a play area with sandbox, swing and playhouse. We are proud to offer quality service and a warm welcome. We will do everything to make your stay enjoyable and are available to advise you on tourist places in the area or help you organize restaurant reservations. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire floor of the property, the outside, the pool and the deckchairs. They can park their vehicle for free in front of the house. Maryline and Philippe reside on the ground floor of the house and share the entire property except the floor when hosting guests. During your stay We make every effort to ensure you have a great vacation, we are at your disposal to help if needed. Other things to note Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. to give us time to prepare the accommodation. These schedules can be adjusted as much as possible. Please let us know your approximate time of arrival. Note: we have a 2-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Skipy. He is very kind to children as well as adults, hardly ever barks (and never at night), and is not allowed upstairs. 🚌 City buses to get to Troyes pass 100 meters from the house. They operate until 8 p.m., except on Sundays.
