Entrance to this space is via a gate on the side of the property. We ask guests guests to be respectful of the guests in the guest house and always leave the gate closed. You can also park on NE Miami place and the streets across the road from North MIami Avenue. Car owners park at their own risk. If you have a Florida plate you can also obtain a residents pass which is relatively inexpensive. Please note we only allow rentals of 30 days or more. Other things to note * This is a local neighborhood we would all guests to be respectful of noise especially at night. Strictly no parties or events * We love animals. If you plan on bringing one please let us know before arrival. * We will provide the actual address a few days prior to arrival.
