On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room with smart TV, fireplace, a dining table and two comfortable sofas where you can relax while listening to music or watching a movie with the CD and DVD player. The independent gas kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to cook in comfort. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bath complete this floor. Upstairs you will find four more bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. There are two bedrooms with double beds, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed for two people. From one of the three bedrooms on this floor you have access to a balcony where you can sunbathe in one of the hammocks or enjoy the sea view while having a drink. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. The property is located in the urbanisation of Son Coll, near Banyalbufar. Banyalbufar is a hidden treasure of the island with idyllic landscapes and a relaxed atmosphere. Nature lovers can enjoy walks and trails that wind through the pine and olive forests, offering breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. If you prefer to enjoy the sea you will find small coves and beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sea breeze.
